PILLOWS AND DECOR: All eligible pillows and decor are returnable within 14 days of delivery.
RUGS & LIGHTING: All rugs and lighting incur a 20% restocking fee per piece, per return. Pieces must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging. Customized lighting is final sale.
ARTWORK: All artwork is made-to-order and is final sale.
FOUND PIECES: All found and vintage pieces are final sale.
FURNITURE: All furniture is final sale.
FINAL SALE ITEMS: All items ending in $0.99 are final sale.
Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged, please notate it at delivery. Please contact our customer support at support@maisonroseinteriors.com or call us directly at 310-405-1002 (you can also send texts to this number too!) within 48 hours of delivery ,and we will take care of this issue right away. Please include your order number and photos of the damage and packaging, so we can best assist you.
Shipping Information:
Depending on the pieces in your order, items may arrive separately and be delivered through different carriers or delivery services. Each product has its own unique shipping time-frame. All lead times are subject to change. Once an item is ready to ship, you'll receive a confirmation email.
