Lighting: Shoppe Maison Rose Return Policy

Our design team at Shoppe Maison Rose has hand-picked and curated each piece in our collection, because we love them; however, we understand that you may need to make a return. 25% restocking fees apply.

Décor Item Returns:

We accept returns for décor items within 30 days of delivery with proof of purchase. Our customers are responsible to return shipping.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please e-mail us at support@maisonroseinteriors.com.

Final Sale Items:

Please note that final sale items are not returnable or exchangeable except for manufacturer defects. These items are identified by .99 endings in price.

Art:

Art orders may be canceled within 24 hours of submitting the order. All art sales are final after this cancellation window. Once the art order has been submitted, it cannot be changed or modified in any way. All artwork is carefully inspected prior to shipment. Please note any damages at the time of delivery. If the defect or damage discovered, please e-mail our Support Team within 48 hours at support@maisonroseinteriors.com.

Lighting:

Lighting is available for return within 30 days of receiving the item. Restocking fees may apply. Please notify us within 48 hours if lighting is damaged, our team will work promptly on a replacement. We do not accept returns on installed fixtures. 

Furniture orders may be canceled within 24 hours of submitting the order. All furniture sales are final after this cancellation period. Backorder dates are subject to change based on manufacturer production. Our team will provide notifications on impacted items as soon as we receive them. We cannot accept returns on any furniture purchases. Furniture is carefully inspected prior to shipment, but damages do happen, and we ask that you inspect your pieces upon receipt. Please note any damages at the time of delivery.

Our furniture items will be shipped and delivered third-party by a delivery service provider during their weekday operating hours. If in stock, most pieces ship within 3-4 weeks of order receipt. Transit typically takes 7-10 business days barring any delays. This timeframe includes hub transfers, sorting, and inspections. Once ready to be delivered, a local delivery carrier agent representative will reach out to you directly to schedule a time that works for you to deliver your piece. The local carrier agent representative will assist in moving and placing the piece in the desired space of your home.
