Our furniture pieces are shipped White Glove via a third party carrier, this service is charged separately as a handling fee. Our carrier will contact you via phone to schedule a time to deliver your purchase. It is important to thoroughly inspect your delivery for damage. If there is damage, a claim must be received within 48 hours and damage must be noted on the Bill of Lading (the delivery paperwork). Furniture refused for anything other than damage (size or buyers remorse) will be exchanged for store credit only. This refund will be issued as a store refund, less the original shipping and handling fee charges, a 20% restocking fee, and any return shipping fees.
